Despite the predicted El Niño winter weather, we decided to take no chances on our old roof.
With four recommended firms and estimates, 3 Lines Roofing came in very competitive. And also with a strong recommendation from a general contractor friend , that uses 3 Lines often on jobs, including his own property.
But there was just something about the detail of talking through the process and espescially the ventillation options with Olivo, that impressed me. Details, no one else mentioned to discuss.
Our roof was done on schedule, on budget and finished flawlessly.
As a contractor myself, I was impressed with how Olivo and team treated us was not only with curtesy, but shared detailed information of product options, recommendations, and during the tear down and install, clear photos and updates, each step of the process.
The entire process was swift, efficient, professional.
The crew circled back to do a 'last look' sweep today and later, a walk through with Olivo. Our warrantee is through 3 Lines via the product vendors and I am confident that this new roof will serve this 100 year old house well.

I work in housing authority and regularly work with contractors across every trade, so I’ve had the opportunity to see firsthand what separates a good contractor from a great one. 3 Lines Roofing tops the chart in every area.
They are professional, courteous, affordable, reliable, and timely. Their quality of work and commitment to doing the job right truly stand out.
Without a doubt, I highly recommend 3 Lines Roofing for any roofing needs. They’ve earned my trust, and I’ll absolutely be using them for my future jobs!

This company is excellent. They have a crew that comes out..strips the roof in 1 day and completes the roof the next day. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and professionalism. And very good price than other roofing company. They cleaned up everything immauculately.

I had a new roof, facia boards and gutters done. I was shown the products to be used, and told why they choose to work with those products. Palma and his crew were very professional, efficient and transparent through the whole process. I was quickly notified of any issue that arose, and given suggested solutions. They also did an excellent job of clean up daily. All in all it was a great experience!
